Ingredients
- whole chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cupbasil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbs Greek seasoning
- 2 tbs onion powder
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- Thoroughly clean chicken and remove all the parts inside liver, gizzard etc...
- Heavily season the chicken on both sides but go easy on the salt because salt is a partial ingredient in all the other seasonings.
- Place chicken in a class dish, and cover with aluminum foil
- At this point you can either allow it to marinate for an hour or two or cook
- If cooking, place in a 350 degree oven for an hour.
- Serve and enjoy
